    As the technology service provider to the featured non-profit organization(s) affiliated with this Breast Cancer campaign, GroupStone recognizes that the collection and use of personal information is important.     • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;

    • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of GroupStone's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

    Whenever GroupStone modifies its privacy policy, we will post a notice on our web site indicating a new version is available. If GroupStone changes how it collects or uses personally identifiable information, we will send an email to visitors who have provided data, and will offer them the option of removing themselves from our database.
